Crispy popcorn shrimp tossed in a zesty buffalo sauce with a touch of honey for just the right mix of heat and sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 (13 oz) box frozen Sea Best Popcorn Shrimp
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping (optional)
  • chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
  • chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • celery sticks (for serving)

Directions

  1. Bake or air fry the popcorn shrimp
    • Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake on a baking sheet for 14–16 minutes, turning halfway.
    • Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  1. While shrimp cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in hot sauce, honey, and ranch seasoning mix. Whisk until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Once cooked, place shrimp in a large bowl. Pour warm sauce over top and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley if desired. Add celery sticks on the side for crunch.

 

Tip:

Spice It Up: Add 1 tbsp sriracha to the sauce for extra heat.

Buffalo Ranch Tacos: Serve shrimp in warm tortillas with celery slaw and a drizzle of blue cheese dressing.

Mini Sliders: Add shrimp to mini buns with lettuce and a spoonful of dressing.
