Tender, juicy lobster tails cooked to perfection in the air fryer and brushed with a buttery garlic-lemon sauce – simple, elegant, and cooks in under 10 minutes!
Ingredients
4 (4.5 oz) Sea Best Warm Water Lobster Tails, thawed
8 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
Using kitchen shears, cut lengthwise through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the base. Gently spread the shell apart to expose the meat. Place tails in the air fryer basket, meat side up.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for 1 minute. Transfer half the mixture to a small bowl. Brush this portion over the exposed lobster meat.
Air fry at 380°F for 5-7 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Drizzle the reserved garlic-lemon butter over the cooked lobster tails. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
