Smoky, sweet, and colorful, these kabobs bring together tender salmon and juicy mango brushed with BBQ sauce and grilled to tasty perfection.
Ingredients
4 (4.5 oz) Sea Best Atlantic Salmon fillets, thawed and cut into 2-inch pieces
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch cubes
½ cup BBQ sauce
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
Thread salmon and mango pieces alternately onto skewers.
Brush each skewer generously with BBQ sauce on all sides.
Grill or bake
Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill kabobs for 3–5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and lightly charred.
Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place kabobs on a parchment-lined, rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and firm to the touch.
Sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro and serve warm.

Soak wooden skewers in water before assembling the kabobs
