Smoky, sweet, and colorful, these kabobs bring together tender salmon and juicy mango brushed with BBQ sauce and grilled to tasty perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 (4.5 oz) Sea Best Atlantic Salmon fillets, thawed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch cubes
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. Thread salmon and mango pieces alternately onto skewers.
  2. Brush each skewer generously with BBQ sauce on all sides.
  3. Grill or bake

    • Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill kabobs for 3–5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and lightly charred.
    • Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place kabobs on a parchment-lined, rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and firm to the touch.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro and serve warm.

Tip:

Soak wooden skewers in water before assembling the kabobs
