Sweet, tender crab legs prepared your way. Steamed for delicate flavor, broiled for a little char, or baked to lock in richness – ready to crack and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Sea Best Snow Crab Clusters

Directions

Thaw:

  • Refrigerator: Place crab legs in the fridge for 10-12 hours.
  • Quick Thaw: Run under cold water for 3-5 minutes

Steam, broil, or bake:

Steam

  1. Place thawed crab in a steam basket over the water.
  2. Cover and steam for 4–5 minutes or until heated through.

 Broil

  1. Place thawed crab legs (in shell) on a broiler rack
  2. Broil for 4–5 minutes, or until hot throughout.

 Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place thawed crab on a baking sheet.
  3. Add ⅛-inch of hot water to the pan and cover with foil.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes.

Tips: 

  • For cold crab, place crab legs in the refrigerator for 30 minutes after cooking.
  • Pair with flavorful dipping sauces like: garlic herb butter, green cocktail sauce, lemon aioli, or remoulade.
