1 package of Sea Best Snow Crab Clusters
Directions
Thaw:
Refrigerator: Place crab legs in the fridge for 10-12 hours.
Quick Thaw: Run under cold water for 3-5 minutes
Steam, broil, or bake:
Steam
Place thawed crab in a steam basket over the water.
Cover and steam for 4–5 minutes or until heated through.
Broil
Place thawed crab legs (in shell) on a broiler rack
Broil for 4–5 minutes, or until hot throughout.
Bake
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place thawed crab on a baking sheet.
Add ⅛-inch of hot water to the pan and cover with foil.
Bake for 8–10 minutes.
Tips:
For cold crab, place crab legs in the refrigerator for 30 minutes after cooking.
Pair with flavorful dipping sauces like: garlic herb butter, green cocktail sauce, lemon aioli, or remoulade.
